Although it’s hard to even think about Spring baseball in the middle of Fall football season…Ryan had a tryout for the Shamrocks “A” Team last weekend and despite not picking up a baseball or bat since last spring season— Ryan made the A Team.
The “B” Team also fought for Ryan’s place— since most of his friends are this team and we know the coaches well so we ultimately gave Ryan the decision to make.
Tough decision— but he was so happy to make the A Team and although he will miss playing with his friends he is up for the competition and playing up to push himself a little.
Ryan is such a natural athlete and has a very competitive grade so it will be interesting to watch him play and how he contributes to this team. We are so proud of him! We are looking forward to a great baseball season ( once we get through with football and basketball lol).
