Since Joe was the one who deservingly won the trip... I let him pick the excursions we were going to participate in.
And I have to admit, although I was very apprehensive about riding ATVs in the Jungle ... it was absolutely amazing!
We saw monkeys in the trees, breath taking views, volcanos and ended with a delicious lunch and sangria at one of the local restaurants on the beach.
