Mrs. Beeck had such nice things to say about Thomas today.
He is "bright, friendly, hardworking, takes pride in his work, shares, follows directions, raises his hand and participate in class discussions, recognizes all his letters, knows 24 sounds, knows his shapes, enjoys simple math and is right on schedule with knowing all his sight words and beginning stages of learning how to read.
He is less confident in his writing skills so we need to work on him being more comfortable with "inventive spelling" and sounding words out rather than asking how to spell something.
The teacher said he can be a "perfectionist" at times so we should encourage Thomas that it is okay to make mistakes 😁
All and all great report and glad to hear Thomas is right on par with his social skills and academic knowledge.
And oh the funniest part.. He has a girlfriend Julia in class!
