Stuffed Tenderloin of Beef with shrimp, arugula and pesto, Savory Lobster and Chive donuts, Individual Potato Au Gratin, Baby Greens with homemade Gorgonzola dressing, and Grilled Asparagus wrapped with prosciutto 

And homemade double chocolate cake!
